- You will receive one Frequent Guest point for every $1 you spend on spa services, purchases in the spa store, dining, overnight rooms and gift shop purchases.
- Every time you reach 400 points, $20 in bonus dollars will be loaded onto your card for future use.
- Be sure to register your card online! Registered cards may be replaced if lost. The value on the lost card at time of replacement will be posted to the new card. You receive 100 Bonus Points when you register online and also a yearly reward on your birthday.
- You may check your balance online anytime and every time you use your card.
- We will notify you of exciting monthly bonus offers by e-mail. Promotions will also be posted at the property.

You may redeem your points for overnight rooms, spa services, dining or gifts.
RESTRICTIONS
- Points are given on actual dollars spent, not on gratuities or discounts given or tax paid. Card must be presented at time of purchase to receive points.
- Bonus dollars can be used to pay for anything, at any time, except for gratuities and tax. Bonus dollars are also not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase a gift card. Bonus dollars are valid for 2 years.
- For overnight stays, points will not be issued at the time of room charges (ie: dining), only at time of check-out.
- Points are given on gift card redemptions, not purchase.
- Card can only be used by registered owner and is non-transferable. Limit one card per person.
- Limit 2 cards per address.
- Daily limit of 1,500 points per card, per day.
